Referral Program Terms
Last updated July 2026
The short version: recommend RankReply, and when someone you refer becomes a paying member, we pay you 33% of what they pay us for their first 12 months. Here's the full picture, in plain English.
The commission
- You earn 33% of every payment we actually receive from a customer you referred — any plan, any add-on, monthly or annual, including upgrades.
- Commissions run for 12 months from the referred customer's first paid payment, then stop. Their trial doesn't start the clock; paying does.
- Commissions are calculated on the amounts we actually receive, after any discounts the customer used.
Getting paid
- Payouts are made monthly via Tolt to your chosen payout method — bank transfer, Wise, or PayPal.
- Your partner portal is powered by Tolt. There's no separate signup — your account already exists. Log in with the same email as your RankReply account and Tolt emails you a verification code (no password to remember). Once commissions start coming in, that's where you enter your payout details.
- Commissions become payable roughly 30 days after the customer's payment lands. That delay exists so refunds stay honest.
- Small balances may be held until they reach the $25 minimum, then paid in the next run.
Refunds & chargebacks
If a referred customer's payment is refunded or charged back, the commission on that payment reverses. If it was already paid out, we deduct it from your next payout.
Playing fair
- No self-referral. Referring yourself, your own business, or accounts you control isn't a referral — commissions from self-referrals are void.
- No self-discounting schemes — routing your own payments through your link, or structures that exist to discount your own subscription, are treated the same way.
- No spam, no misleading claims about RankReply, no bidding on our brand terms in ads, no impersonating us.
- Fraud or abuse ends your participation immediately and forfeits unpaid commissions from the fraudulent activity.
The program can change
We may modify or close the program. If we do, commissions you've already earned are honoured under the terms that applied when you earned them; changes apply going forward.
The boring-but-true bits
You're an independent partner, not our employee or agent. You're responsible for your own taxes on commissions. These terms sit alongside our main Terms of Service, which govern your use of the product itself.
