These terms govern your use of RankReply ("the service"), operated from Australia. By creating an account you agree to them.
RankReply connects to your Google Business Profile and lets you manage it through a Telegram chat: review alerts with AI-drafted replies, profile updates by chat, photos, insights and profile-improvement suggestions.
Use the service only for business profiles you're authorised to manage, and only in line with Google's own terms. Don't use it to post unlawful, misleading or abusive content, to spam, or to interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
We help you keep an active, well-optimised profile — but Google decides rankings, not us. We don't promise any specific ranking, placement, traffic or business outcome.
Drafts (replies, captions, descriptions) are AI-generated suggestions. You choose whether to publish them, and you're responsible for what you post. We always ask you to confirm before changing your profile.
By creating an account, you agree that the maker of RankReply may contact you about this product and about related AI and business tools from the same maker. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in those messages or by contacting support.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from Google's platform, third-party services, or content you choose to publish. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these terms; we'll update this page and the "last updated" date. Continued use means you accept the changes.
