RankReply ("we", "us") helps business owners manage their Google Business Profile through a Telegram chat. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain-English on purpose.

What we collect

• Your Google account details — your name and email address, shared when you sign in with Google.
• Your Google Business Profile data — the profile(s) you choose to connect: reviews, business details, hours, photos, posts and insights.
• Your Telegram chat ID — so we can send alerts and updates to your chat, and act on your instructions.
• Voice notes — if you send a voice message, we process the audio to transcribe it into text so we can act on it.
• Usage data — basic technical logs (e.g. actions taken, errors) that help us keep the service running.

How we use it

• To operate the service: show your reviews, draft replies, update your profile when you ask, and send you insights.
• To generate AI-drafted content (review replies, captions, descriptions) and to transcribe voice notes, we send the relevant text or audio to Google Gemini, which processes it on our behalf as a service provider.
• To keep the service secure, reliable and improving.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data — ever.
• We don't show ads or share your data with advertisers.

Storage & security

Your data is stored on secure, access-controlled infrastructure. Google sign-in tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256). We only keep what we need to run the service.

Deleting your data

You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting petesupport.com. Disconnecting Google or Telegram from your settings also removes the relevant access.

Cookies & sessions

We use a single, essential session cookie to keep you signed in. It's not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Google user data — Limited Use

RankReply's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only access your Google Business Profile data to provide the features you've asked for, we don't use it for advertising, and we don't transfer or sell it to third parties except as needed to run the service (e.g. our AI processor) or where required by law.

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above.
